Postweb Mall of Africa ("we", "us", "our") is a service centre at Mall of Africa, Magwa Crescent, Midrand, 2066 offering printing, copying, scanning, courier (FedEx and The Courier Guy), and licence and document renewal assistance.

- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- ID number (for licence and document renewals)
- Vehicle details (registration, VIN, make, model)
- Document information you submit for printing, scanning or courier
3. Why we collect it
We collect your information to process your print, scan, courier or licence renewal request, communicate with you about your order, and — only with your consent — send you newsletters and updates about our services.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with parties needed to complete your service:
- FedEx and The Courier Guy, when you book a courier service
- Relevant South African government departments, for licence and document renewals only
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Your personal information is kept only as long as necessary to complete the service you requested and to meet any legal record-keeping requirements. After that it is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information, subject to any legal obligations
- Object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing communications
7. How we keep your data secure
All information submitted on this website is transmitted over HTTPS using modern TLS encryption. Records and uploaded documents (ID copies, licence documents, proof of address) are stored in a private, access-controlled database and storage bucket. Access is restricted to authorised PostWeb administrators on a need-to-know basis.
