1. Services offered
Postweb Mall of Africa offers printing, copying, scanning, courier services (including FedEx and The Courier Guy), and licence and document renewal assistance.
2. Payment
Payment is required before services are rendered. We accept the payment methods displayed in-store. Government fees for licence and document renewals are payable in addition to our service fee.
3. Third-party delays
Postweb Mall of Africa is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers (such as FedEx or The Courier Guy) or by government departments processing licence or document renewals. We will, however, do our best to follow up on your behalf.
4. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all documents and information submitted are accurate, complete and legible. Postweb Mall of Africa is not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Refunds
Refunds are offered only where the service was not rendered. Once a service has been performed — including printing, scanning, courier dispatch or submission to a government department — the fee is non-refundable.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
